Dr. Ritu Pawar is a highly experienced dentist with over 25 years of practice in Australia and overseas. She founded Aura Dentists in Bayswater in 2009, later expanding to Cranbourne North. Registered with AHPRA and certified by the Australian Dental Council, she specialises in smile makeovers and aesthetic dentistry, offering personalised, high-quality care. Dr. Pawar prioritises patient comfort, especially for anxious individuals, combining evidence-based practices with a compassionate approach.
With a scientific background and artistic eye, she delivers top-tier dental care. Outside of work, she enjoys painting, badminton, and spending time with her family.
Adilah
Senior Dental Assistant
Adilah is our senior Dental Assistant, with heaps of experience working at multiple practices. She has her Cert 3 and 4 qualifications and is looking to expand her scope in facial beauty therapy completing her certificate shortly. Through her many years of experience, Adilah’s kind hearted approach coupled with her skills ensure that all our patients have a seamless experience.
Adilah is fluent in Farsi.
Outside of her busy study schedule and practicing as a dental assistant, Adilah loves spending time with her friends and family playing badminton and throwing the occasional bowling ball.
Annalise
Receptionist
Annalise is one of our friendly receptionists and part-time Dental Assistant. You’ll find her at the reception desk or speaking with you over the phone, ready to help with bookings, payments, and forms.Â
She’s currently studying for her Bachelor of Dental Science (Honours) and understands the value of a confident, healthy smile. In her free time, Annalise enjoys staying active and was a Reformer Pilates instructor prior to beginning her dental career.

Receptionist
Millie is a 19-year-old with a passion for wellness and helping people. I love exploring and spend most of my time in the water. With a heart full of compassion, I love helping others achieve their own sense of well-being, sharing my positive energy and zest for life wherever I go.
